Conditional Page Break not Working
Dear Experts,
I am having an internal table having data:

My requirement is at every change in CONNID, the CONNID details should print in next new page.ie separate three pages with details of CONNID.

For achieving this I have done:
Select the data section of Data view for the table.
Goto object and under that select pagination. There we will have conditional break and edit button against it. Click on the EDIT button, we will get a
script editor, In that click plus button and then click Insert Sample Expression button and then select CONNID. A statement will automatically come,
which will say something like Data[-1].connid ne data.connid . Then select Before radio button for BREAK and for TO select Top of Next Page. Then say OK.
Activate and execute the form.
But page breaking at condition is not happening. Complete internal table data is getting printed without conditional page break.
Please let me know anything else I need to do apart from steps mentioned above.

Visual C++ library error whenever floating text used
Hi All,
Whenever I use the floating text option and then click on the cell where I have used it and try doing some adjustments to it, I get a Visual C++ lilbrary error and then when I click OK on the popup I get a Adobe Live Cycle designer error and a dump . PLease provide your thoughts on why I might be getting the dump. I tried uploading screenshots but was unsuccesful.

Service unavailable in ADS connection test
Hi Experts,
I did connection in between of SAP ABAP system to Solution manager . Created RFC connection with HTTP connection to External serv. During connection test am getting 503 error and checked with URL http://<hostname>:50000/AdobeDocumentServices/Config? .there is no change . Please find attached screen shot. As per guide created users and roles on ABAP system.

Form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3 - New comments ( HRASR_CURRENT_NOTE)
Hi,
By copying standard form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3 am doing some changes.
I am trying to pass the new comments ( HRASR_CURRENT_NOTE) which we are entering at run time to the workflow by copying task TS17900110.
In the custom task binding , ( Class CL_HRASR00_WF_COMPONENTS, Method DATAMAPPING.) I am passing the field to form_field_name_x...
For other fields , from form value is getting paaswd to workflow . But for HRASR_CURRENT_NOTE its not working its resulting in error " Object CL_HRASR00_WF_COMPONENTS method DATAMAPPING cannot be executed " , " An exception with the type CX_HRASR00_PROCESS_MODE LLING occurred, but was neither handled locally".
Help me on this.

Issue with MSS processes "Model ISR_* is not available"
Hi Experts,
We have two processes defined for MSS processes one for promotions and another rewards. Everything is working in EHP5 system that we are currently live with. We are upgrading to EHP6 and facing issues with MSS processes. While launching the process, error message "Model ISR_* is not available" is getting displayed.
Forms and configuration is same and copied to EHP6 from EHP5 system. Please let me know if there something that needs to be done.

Pdf forms - Could not start Layout Designer
Hello masters,
I am having a trouble, i am trying to create pdf forms with SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 on a VM with Windows XP SP3, i have installed Adobe Livecycle Designer version 10.0 and now i am trying to open the "layout" tab in SAP NW but i am having this error :

Diagnosis
The forms design tool for developing the form layout could not be started; either it is not installed or there are errors in the installation.
Procedure
Make sure that you have the forms design tool installed on your desktop (the tool is part of the SAPGUI installation).
Refer also to SAP Note 1121176.

I went to this SAP Note, and the only thing they explain is how to upgrade to Livecycle version 8.0.
Am I missing something?

CORBA Connection to XMLForm failed...
Hi,
we are configuring the ADS and are unsuccesful. Here are the details:
-The Java instance (NW 70 SPS18) is installed on a seperate instance.
-The ERP 6.0 instance is ABAP only (NW70 SP15).
-OS is Solaris 10 64bit (supports ADS 32 bit acccording to the PAM),
-DB is Oracle 10.2
The RFC connection from ABAP to Java is working (HTTP 302 is returned)
The J2EE Destination is working (Error 404 is received but this is Ok accoding to manual)
The FP_PDF_TEST_00 program returns the version number of the ADS
The FP_TEST_00, FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE (with and without RFC destionation) and FP_CHECK_HTTP_DATA_TRANSFER (with and without RFC destionation) all crash with the same error. This is also logged in the Default Trace of the Java instance:
"CORBA Connection to XMLForm failed, please verify the binaries are deployed to the os_libs directory and that the XML Form Module service is started". You may be running on a non-supported platform.

couldn't set locale correctly
The binaries are there however. When executing the XMLFom.exe from the shell using sidadm it returns pretty much the same errors as listed above. It's looking for the files in /bin/ instead of /usr/sap/<SID>/JC##/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin but this could be that your not supposed to run the script from the command prompt.
interestingly enough, the generated PDF error files are ok. And in the PDF the message is "no errors reported".
I've renamed the adssap folder as suggested in some forums and the folder was regenerated. However, it made no difference.
I've configured ADS quite a few times now, but never ran into this. It seems to be an OS related problem, but I could use some help resolving it.

Dynamic diagonal line in adobe forms?
Hi,
I have a requirement to add diagonal line dynamicall in Adobe forms. For example 10 lines are printed on the page then remaining lines should be crossed by diagonal line. Number of lines on the page is not constant. Any idea how to acheive this.

Printing Adobe Form using a driver program
Dear Experts,
I am having an Adobe form to take print out.
Consider I am having an internal table with 5 records and I need to pass the data to the form separately using a loop.
I need to get this 5 forms at a once.
ie - In print preview I need to get all these 5 forms/5 pages together.
I am using the below mentioned FM's to take prints.
- FP_2.JOB_OPEN opens the spool job.
- FP_3.FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME gets the form
name. - Call Generated function module of the form
- FP_4.JOB_CLOSE closes the spool job.
If I am adding LOOP...ENDLOOP in the above codes, I will get print preview of Row1,pressing 'back' button print preview screen of Row2 will appear and respectively for others.
My requirement is, in single Print preview I need to get all 5 forms as different pages.
Please help me to sort out this issue and please let me know how to achieve this requirement.

Dynamic positioning of elements in adobe form - issue
Hi Experts,
I am trying to do the following scenario in adobe forms.
I have a simple subform which is set to Flowed.
It has two elements.
One variable which is passed from the print program and a standard text (include text).
If the variable is not populated, then the first element should be the standard text.
else both elements should be populated.
I have included the following code in the ready:layout event using java script:
if
(this.rawValue ==null)
{
this.presence = "hidden";
}
Although it is wrking, the second element (the include text is not moving up, where there is no value for the variable.
can you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

problem in displaying multiple line items for a single notification
Hi Experts,
I am facing a problem in displaying CRM quotation details in the form (using SFP),
What the problem is , when i need to map and display a single field to a multiple line items i can able to map and display the first line item value, for ex: For one quotation, we have multiple line items for code, Decsription, QTY, UNITCOST, labour, material, reinst. And accordingly the total needs to be displayed in the form. how it can be done? I refered all the posts but i didnt get any valid solution

Return Table Empty in Adobe Forms
My Web Serivce is returning empty table after Submitting data to SAP - the call to SAP happens successfully and data is filled back into the RETURN messages - but the data does not show up on the form.

How to bind a webservice response table data to table in Adobe form context?
In my interactive form, I have a webservice that returns me data in a table.
I am binding this data to a table field in the form context but the form context table is not avaialble for me to use elsewhere.

Problem with Headerline and Position text
Hi
I am struggling with an issue which I hope you can help me solve.
I have an invoice form.
I want a number of ITEM LINES, and for each item Line I want to write a POSITION NOTE. And of course a HEADER, that should be shown on every page.
Very straight forward you would say. Unfortunately I cannot get it to work 
For some reason I cannot have the header and the positions notes in place at the same time....
I have had these scenarios:
An invoice with a high number of lines, for each of the item lines 10, 20 and 30 a Position note was created.
a) Header Line, nice in place on every page
The Position note shows only POSITION NOTE 30 on item Line 10 !!
b) Header Line nice in place on every page
The position notes 10-30 listed nicely AFTER all item Lines
c) Header line shows for EVERY ITEM
But the Position notes nice in place for the item Lines 10-30
I have tried so many combinations that it is impossible to list it alle here.
The inserted TableStructure.jpg. shows the table of my itemdata
and the Hierarchy Layout.jpg shows what it looks like in the layout just now.
The interesting part is The Item lines (ITEMDATA) and the Item texts (TXTDATA)
The LONSUM data in between is not a problem (I think)
There are no conditions connected to neither of them.
My questions to you is - how would you work with my table (GT_FAKLINIER3) to achieve the desired result?

Error in calculation "total" for multiple line items
Hi Friends,
I am currently facing an issue in calculating "total" value for multiple line items in a single field in form(SFP).
I want to populate the total of (qty, unit cost, labor, material, reins ) automatically according to the number of rows displayed,
The problem is in the total it is displaying only the first row.. the same is replaced with the remaining
Can anyone please let me know to display the total for all line items getting displayed

Hide/Display based on value in a field
hi all,
i am new to Adobe forms, and before posting ive searched ...but cudn't find any solution.
i have to display family details in four fields , if there are only 2 family details , i want to hide the rest 2 fields.
dynamically. i have created a text box and in that i have created four text fields. i have binded the data using my interface variables to these text fields.
this is an Auto fill form (based on emp id i have to populate these values in the fields automatically --No user entry).
i have tried using actions on text fields...( if text object 1 is empty...hide rest fields) it did not work....then i searched and tried using form calc...but did not work.
any help wud be gratefull...do i need to add logic on the variable i have binded ? please guide.

Adobe form: Subform as a table
Hi friends,
I've created the subform as a table. Inside the subform there are multiple tables. Kindly find the attached screen shot. In that screen shot, I've bid the Item data in the "Item value subform". Inside the item table, there is an internal table "Serial". More than 20 serial for every item. Here it prints correctl, But the "Serial" is not overflowed to next page. I've binding the serial in "TABLE 4"

ADS Error com.sap.SOA.wsr.030104

I have problem with Adobe Document Services on Netweaver 7.3
ADSSAP component is installed, but when I try to open URL:
http://<SERVER_URL>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config as stated in the guide document, the following error appeared:
