Need to add increment number in adobe form levels.

Dear All,

We are printing labels using adobe form. In adobe form we are passing a field which contains total lot number. Requirement is, there are one more field which will show no of lot, i, e if total lot number = 10, then it will show 1 of 10 in one level, similarly in another level 2 of 10...upto 10 lot number. Is it possible ?
