Header data is displaying only on first page for each item but not on Overflow page

Hi,

I have designed an adobe interactive form.

In which i have created a flowed Dynamic table using subforms.

In this header and row both are dynamic.

My problem is i have created header subform as flowed which is displaying correct data on first page but not on overflow page.
