Pre-fill - send mail - update interactive form

Hello partners,

I need a information or suggestions for my scenary:

1.- how pre-fill a interactive form, for example, service ticket, 

2.- send this document pre-fill by e-mail,  I found some documents with the api to do that.

3.- The user fill some information in the interactive form, and press a button with connection to web service, for this I have a document for call web service from interactive form, so isn´t problem.
