Need to add data on multiple master page depending upon condition

There is a requirement where I have data coming from multiple SAP tables into Adobe form.

REQUIREMENT:

1. This data is on master page 1 , when the data is flowed onto the next page the master page changes to master page 2 ( as the design has to be changed ).
2. There is a third master page where there is data from another table completely different from the above table data which can also be multiple.
3. I need to create a sub-form displaying the total, discount and other values in the end of the first table which may come on the first master page or the second master page depending upon the data flow.

PROBLEM:

1. But the problem is when we create a sub-form in the design page and binds it to the end of first master page then it won’t be at the end as the data may flow to second master page so the sub-form will be on second master page, this will create an extra page if the data is not flowing.

1. If we create the same sub-form on the design page on the second master page then it may be possible that data doesn't flow and the second master page will not be shown and hence the sub-form will also be not seen.

Please help !!!
