Not able to change master page

Hi Friends,

I want to create a new text field in PDF. The area is coming in the master page. I have entered the text in the master page but after when i execute the form i am not able to see that text. Also there are other text which were already there. I have also tried changing that but still the changes are not getting reflected when i execute the form.

I have got ALCD 7.1 version.
