Hi Experts,
We are currently live on EHP5 system and have customized ISR scenarios for 'Promotion request' process. We are getting upgraded to EHP6. I'm able to launch promotion request interactive form from MSS without any issues in EHP5. But, getting 'Model ISR_* is not available' error while trying to launch the applciation in EHP6.
Please let me know what is causing this error.
Following error displays in portal:
- The following error occurred in system DR9 : Model ISR_*01 is not available
- The error occurred on application server cpsapud1_DR9_55 and in work process. 4
- The termination type was: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE
