I went though this demo of Interactive Forms using Web Dynpro and it seems to work well, I tried to access the URL on an iPad and it just times out (the iPad has visibility to the server).
Also found (but have not tried) this demo that does not use Web Dynpro and emails out the form instead.
Just wondering what other people are doing out there regarding Adobe Interactive Forms on mobile (specifically iOS devices).
