Hi Experts,
I really need your help! I have an Adobe form that will be printed on pre-printed forms. I need to create a footer that is positioned at the bottom of the form and only print on the last page. Thanks to this blog: http://scn.sap.com/people/ben.patterson2/blog/2011/02/04/adobe-forms-fancy-footwork-footer-floating-at-the-bottom-of-the-page I was able to accomplish that. I am now facing 2 other issues:
- Within the footer subform, I need to insert a table. This table needs to flow to the Footer content area (at the bottom of the form) of the next page if needed. I've been able to get the table to flow to the next page fine, but I can't get it to go into the Footer content area. It is printing in the top (detail) content area. I've played around with the pagination tab for the footer subform, but have not been successful.
- The other issue that I'm facing is that the footer subform will also contain separate fields for transportation information (like Haulier, etc.). If the above table has to flow to the next page, then the other footer information needs to also print.
So for example, I have a form that fills out 4 pages. At the bottom of the 4th page, my footer information will print (footer table and transportation information). If the footer table will not fit in the allotted space, it should flow to the bottom of the 5th page and the transportation information should be repeated. Is this possible and if so how do I handle it?
Thanks!
Julie
