Adobe form Table Header hidden from Script appearing on next pages

Hello Folks,

I am facing issue in Adobe form table header. I have table with 30 columns. Now I am hiding columns(Having all blank values) using form script.

Scripts works very well for table data on all pages as well as for table header on first page. But its not working on subsequent pages and displaying all header values.

Kindly help resolving issue.
