Textmodules Translations into Hindi in Adobe Forms based on logon language
Hi All,
I am new to Adobe forms.
My Adobe Form is not an interactive form, but i will fetch the data and used only for printing.
My requirement is to display and print the adobe form text in English when user logs in with 'EN' and in Hindi when user logs in with 'HI'.
I have created text modules in English and maintained the Hindi text for the same using Tcode SE63.
I have called the Adobe Forms using Standard Web Dynpro Component 'HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT' -> view 'VW_PRINT_PREVIEW' -> Method -> 'WDDOINIT'.
When i log in into the portal in Hindi Language the output is '??????????' instead of Hindi.
Am i missing any settings?
Can you please tell me clearly all the steps to be followed to translation into Hindi language.
Please find the attached document for the output and tell me how to resolve this problem.

Unable to print preview for payment advice in F110
Hi,
Currently I'm trying to see print preview of my customized payment advice form in SP01 after running F110, but encountered the problem as shown below.
The problem here is I must save my PDF form to local computer first before I can see my output in PDF form...
This happen after I embedded logo from SE78 using cl_ssf_xsf_utilities=>get_bds_graphic_as_bmp method.
If without the embedded logo from SE78...I can print preview.
Does anyone encountered such problem before?
Would be very appreciate if you could assist me on this.

Connecting LiveCycle Forms to Test Tenant
Hello everyone,
I've been tasked with re-doing some forms for a customer, and as such need to set up a data connection such that the forms can be populated with data from the customer's Business ByDesign system. I have designed the forms in Adobe LiveCycle; however, the data connections for the previous iterations of the forms were insufficient (hence the re-do), and so I need to do it from scratch. Unfortunately, I'm fairly new to ByDesign and the Cloud Applications Studio, so I don't know how this is done. At least one of the forms will pull data from more than one Business Object. How, then, do I do this? Thanks in advance.

Need an adobe pdf with 2 content areas like a book
Dear all,
maybe an easy question for you but I didn´t find a solution yet.
I need a PDF like a book. Means Page 1 on the left side, Page 2 on the right side.
On Next page: Page 3 on left, Page 4 on right side and so on.

ADS with password encrytion for PDf docs
Hello,
I have just installed AS Java and set up ADS, it is working just perfectly,
We have a requirement to encrypt the PDF (payslips) using password, we already have the required s/w codes integrated in SAP which encrypts and delivers the payslips thru email to the users, but just that once the PDF is encrytped and send to the user thru email, we are unable to open the PDF document, error pops up as below, whereas unencrypted PDF forms just get delivered and are able to open without any issues.
Only encryption does not work, please guide what should be the approach to be followed here?
There is no requirement to edit the forms so interactive adobe forms and reader right credentials are not requested from SAP.

Format of data to RTF textfield
Hi colleagues,
I'm using a textfield in a table to display data in a non-interactive Adobe form. I've set the field to RTF text and I'm pushing dynamically retrieved text into it. I'm not getting any formatting interpreted by the textfield, even using XHTML formatting (ul, li, p tags) nor by using RTF formatting (

| {\listtext | 2. | }bala2\ |
}). I'm passing all information into the textfield by means of a string variable.
I couldn't clearly find this in SAP nor in Adobe (even though guru Thomas Jung made a reference to a link Inserting a Text - SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe - SAP Library where sap script is supposed to be used). Do I have to pass another type of variable to this field - like a sap script table instead of a string?

how to validate SAP portal username and password with javascript from adobe form
In my Adobe interactive form, on the click of a button, a pop up comes for User ID and Password inputs.
I am trying to send this user id and password to a HTTPS url of SAP Portal and get a response back (return code 200, I think).
How to achieve this?
I am using the following code but it is not returning any thing

Number of rows inside a cell in table
Hie all,
I have a requirement in that I have to create the number of rows inside the cell of table. I did it using the subforms as a body page of a row.
but facing problems when you have number of rows such as data truncation and overlapping of rows..

Print, Save form in PDF Format from SAP
Hi,
The business users would like the ability to save, print a form, i.e. a Contract (VA42/43) in a PDF format. My understanding is, this feature/option is should be available through Goto menu through a feature/option PDF Displaywhich opens the form in a PDF Viewer that allows the user to Print and Save the form in a PDF Format.
My question is what is required in SAP to make this feature/option available to an end user, is it a security role, a user parameter, a trigger of a function module...etc.....any help on this would be much appreciated

Table Row cells are not moving UP
HI,
I tried to Hide the details of the matrix if the Taxtype = VAT
if ($.parent.colTaxType.rawValue eq "VAT") then
$.parent.colTaxPer.presence="hidden"
end if
but the cells are hidden and matrix is not moving up.

Dynamic generation of form to show table entries
Dear experts,
I am aware of how to dynamically program for form generation when the layout static and is already defined in transaction SFP.
However I have a requirement wherein the form layout is not available . But the form should get generated dynamically and display values from a table in a simple field - value format. ( Just the way SE16 displays table content , the only difference being output should be in a PDF)
Any pointers how I can progress on this.

How to find the height of growing subform

how to download 2 adobe forms in a single pdf
Hi,
I need to download 2 adobe form in a single pdf file. I used the concept as in FP_CHECK_BATCH_PDF_RETURN.
In that I m passing outputparams for FP_JOB_OPEN
fp_outputparams-nodialog = abap_true.
fp_outputparams-getpdf = 'X'.
fp_outputparams-assemble = abap_true.
fp_outputparams-preview = abap_false.
But this results an error message "Call contained errors : ASSEMBLE ( FP_JOB_OPEN).
Kindly check this error and provide me the solution to overcome this error.
Kindly provide if there is some other alternative to download 2 adobe forms in a single pdf file.

To insert repeating content in form except for 1st Page.
Hello Experts,
I am comparatively new to Adobe forms.
So just wanted to know whether I can repeat same content (header, footer, logo, pg no.) on rest of the pages except for the 1st page.
The 1st page is the Header/Title page so it should not contain the above data.
Please suggest as how to achieve the same.

Footer problem
Hi guys,
iam developing a PO form with a table and footer.The requirement is that when there are say two pages, the item section of the table should expand right upto the bottom of the first page and on the second page,the footer should be displayed at the bottom of the page no matter wherever the item section ends on the second page.
If there are 3 pages,then the item section should expand upto the bottom on both the first and the second page and the footer should come at the bottom of the third page and so on.Please note that reserving a fixed space for the footer is not feasible as the item section should expand right to the bottom of the page except for the last page where the footer should be displayed.
My first page contains the logo and address details.The second page is different from the first page(only has the logo).If the content overflows from the first page it will flow to the next page which will repeat.

Table in Master Page only getting printed on the first Page
I am printing a table in the footer area. It is only getting printed on the 1st page but not on the subsequent pages.
How to solve this ??
