We have a PI Sheet solution and we have to handle some HTML code placed in he XML file of PI Sheet, but when we print the corresponding Adobe Form the HTML is not parsed.
The problem is same as thread
Handling HTML Tags in ADOBE Forms
We are working with transaction CO60 and the Adobe Form is CMX_POC_PI_SHEET_PDF_LAYOUT.
The result is the HTML code embebed in the adobe, but not parsed properly:

Hi Experts,
We want to configure a Termination Process using FPM based Processes and Forms with following requirement.
Requirement -
On the form layout there will be a check box for deciding whether we want to Terminate all contracts for the employee.
If checkbox is selected then all the contracts (i.e. all the employee numbers which exist in IT0121 record for the employee) should get terminate.
We have maintained IT0121 for employees where we have stored multiple employee numbers for the employee.
Can anyone suggest if it is possible with HCM Processes and Forms framework?

i am in the process of designing an Adobe offline Form
i want to know if such functionality can be provided :
my scenario is that i have 8 check boxes opn the form and each box refers to differnet master data required
so if i select check box 1 then i want certain fields to be available and manadatory
if i check box 2 , new set of fields becomes required for input
and so on ...
please provide links/documents if such logic is achievable

We have a strange problem with ADS configuration.
We have ADS configured and when checking the configuration via report (like FP_PDF_TEST_00) following error occurs in client 900:

Exception of class CX_FP_RUNTIME_INTERNAL
---
However, when checking the same test in client 800, the test is successful.
We have checked to see and verify both the users performing the test have same authorizations etc.Also checked to see ADSUSER is maintained in both clients with exactly similar settings.
To further drill down, we observe that the RFC connection ADS works fine in 800 client, but throws below error when tested on client 900:

What could be the problem, and how to troubleshoot with this issue further?

Please also note that on the Java system we have the destination FP_ICF_DATA_<SID> created for client 900.

At present i am using bar code 128 ,is this by default being bar code 128 B ?
I have information in bar code
1. constant *4048
2. account number
3. amount
4. date
customer wants * to be in bar code 128 B and remaining character from 4048.......up to Date to be in Bar code 128 C for this switching of bar code 128 B to C is required .
Could you please let me know how can i achieve this ?

I have problem in adobe forms output,
in pre produciotn system form is displayed perfeclty. But in Produciton system i am facing error
cannot find or create font helvetica-bold : some characters maynot display or print correctly.
Please help me , i have checked for both version and they are same.

I am having a problem with my payslip development.
I have 3 main columns to display
Each column belongs to a subform and each subform has several rows which have different infostars as origin:
The payslip is working as expected, but we have now discovered that there is a small problem when the amount of rows overflows the printing area.
The subforms have all the Content defined as Flowed and the "allow page break within content" is checked as well.
The table and rows have the "allow page break within content" as well checked.
But unfortunately the behaviour is not the one expected:
As you can see, it is not printing properly the Balances rows, it seems that it need to finish the printing of the Deductions column and then it starts to print the Balances column.
Has anybody came across this before?
Is there any way to correct this?

I work for an automotive company that is looking to implement SAP in North America.
One of our requirements is to print barcoded 4" x 6" labels off of Zebra Thermal Transfer Printers (Model ZM400).
Should we use SMARTFORMS or SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe for our label designs?
Are there major advantages / disadvantages with using one or the other when using Zebra printers?
Any information would be appreciated.

we have a CRM 7.0 system running. I am desperately trying to set up GRMG monitoring for Adobe Document Services according to this documentation:

However all I get in RZ20 in the "Availability and Performance Overview" monitor is a HTTP communication failure with a HTTP 500 status code in the corresponding "Run Status/Error Messages" node. Any ideas?

I have two buttons Clear Signature and Submit Signature one to clear the Digital Signature and one to Submit the Signature only if the user confirms.
I have succeeded in building the Java Script logic and able to clear the signature on Adobe Forms , Unable to find the logic for Submitting a digital signature on Signature field on Adobe form.
Please help me on Java Script logic for submitting a signature.

I want to try SAP interactive form but I don't have access to SAP Service Market Place hence can't download Adobe LiveCycle Designer. I tried the demo version(11.0) offered by Adobe site but it doesn't work and I keep getting message "Make sure that you have the forms design tool installed on your desktop...".
Can anybody please give me an idea if the trial version of the proper version of the software is available anywhere?
I'm using SAP GUI 7.3 with Netweaver 7.02 AS ABAP in Windows 7.

I have copied the form PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM to a z-development to incorporate some customization.
The internal table IT_ITINERARY used in the form does not have columns Arrival Date and Arrival Time that i need to display in the form.
This table accesses the structure PTRV_WEB_ITINERARY_EXT which does not have these columns as well.
How do i display the arrival details in the form.

My requirement is to have Front(Odd) page and Back(Even) page both with static text and table data which might overflow. When first page (odd) overflows, it should be continued in third page (odd). Similarly, if the second page (even) overflows, it should flow to the fourth page (even). Is this possible?
I searched the forum and found solution for printing table only on odd pages with static text in even page. The solution was to remove content area from the even page. But in my case I need content area in both master pages.
I tried to design the form with 2 master pages (one as ODD and other as EVEN) and in the subforms for each page, the 'Place' in pagination tab is given as 'In Content Area of <Page1/2>'. The current output is like:
page1 with table1 (full)
page2 with next one record from table1
page1 with table1 (remaining records)
page2 with table2 (full)
page1 with next one record from table2
page2 with table2 (remaining records)
Output should be like:
page1 with table1 (full)
page2 with table2 (full)
page1 with table1 (remaining records)
page2 with table2 (remaining records)
I tried the "If Dataset must be paginated: Overflow to" option also in subforms but they don't seem to work.
Please advice.

Hi,
I am working on Adobe Form when I open it in change mode I am unable to see the below options in it.
Always I could see only the preview of pdf output. I tried for the option in Palette by right click in Body Page Tab->Right Click->Palette but it has options Border,Accessibility etc but no option is related to DataView or Hierarchy palettes.
I am looking for Dataview and Hierarchy Palettes to be displayed on the left side of the form.
Please share if any ideas.

We recently upgraded to EHP6 from EHP4.
We have a few SAP interactive forms in ZCI layout and XML schema interface, two of which are almost identical.
After the upgrade, while clicking on the 'Submit to SAP' button in one of the forms, the following error occurs:

The element type "text" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</tex
The other form too has the same functions but it works fine.
Another weird occurence is that on click of a value help the first time, data is retrieved successfully. But on a second click , the aforementioned error occurs.
I have followed every step mentioned in note 999998. Also, I have searched the forum for a similar issue but to no avail.
Has anyone faced a similar peculiar issue? Does anyone know what might have gone wrog after the upgrade?

I have few drop down fields in the form and all the drop down fields are entered correctly and also all the drop down field has a empty value in it.But even though it is throwing a error 'The Entered Value Is Not on the List of Valid Values' . Is there any way to find out for which field it is throwing the error.
Why can't SAP be more specific with the error message 
Please let me know I am breaking my head. Also, can hidden fields also contribute to this error?

I have executed report FP_TEST_00 and selected a LP01 spool device when i do a print preview i am getting the below mentioned error.

To test the connection i have also executed the reports
Report FP_PDF_TEST_00 and its out put Version Information: 800.20070708051308.406522
Report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE without destination out put is 8.639 bytes transferred
Report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE with destination out put is

In VA i see this service present in Destination and when i test http response code 200 content type text/html

I have also verified that my services are active
when i open this URL it is opening a valid XML page

Hi,
I have a table with dynamic columns. So in the initialize event of the table, I'm build up the header row (add columns with addInstance etc.). The same I'm doing with the table rows. It works fine, so I see correct header row and also several body rows with the right content.
My issue is now the page break. When I tick the checkbox "Include headerow in subsequent pages", it will show a heade row, but not my dynamic build one. So how can I make sure, that my dynamic creation of the header row will also take place on each page? Is there any event, where I can placed the code it, so the header row is being created on each page freshly?
I was thinking about to create another header row, for which one I ONLY tick the checkbox "Include headerow in subsequent pages", but this was working neither.
Do you have any ideas here?
