Malaysia GST-03 Form Tcode FIMY_GST03

Dear Expert,

 

sorry if I post on the wrong section...

 

I'm confuse what is the cause of this error that I get and since it is related to adobe so I post it in here

 

currently I'm implementing Malay GST solution from SAP

 

I already implement all related SAP notes, but the tcode FIMY_GST03 that should print out GST-03 form didn't give me any output

 

I already try to re-implement all sap notes to make sure I corretly implement the notes, but the problem persist

 

I attach the trace result that I got from tcode sfp on form FIMY_GST(GST-03 form)

 

here are a little clue about the content of the trace

 

"Problem accessing data from Destination: dest:FP_ICF_DATA_DRT//sap/bc/fp/form/layout/FIMY_GST.XDP?fp-language=EN&fp-cacheinfo=2015-03-11T03%3a47%3a37Z%24f0a9b400-6f85-4c2f-ae5a-dd384c421958%240%24en%24v0%2e9

com.adobe.ads.destination.DestinationException: HTTP-404 Error.

   File Not Found while reading Dest URL: http://blablabla.com.com:8000/sap/bc/fp/form/layout/FIMY_GST.XDP?fp-language=EN"

 

can anyone suggest me a solution why .XDP file is not found? I already install the designer, and when I enter the "edit mode" on sfp I can generate the form, but after I save and execute again I got the same error .XDP not found...

How to Trigger multiple pages based on Internal table in Adobe Form

Hello All,

 

I need to print the adobe form, based on purchase order data, for each line item - I should print one page.

 

in my form, there will be no purchase order data printed.

 

Could you help me to achieve this ?

Change default path and file name when pressing save button in print preview

Issue with data binding on table

Hi Community,

 

I am experiencing some issue with data binding for table with similar value.

 

I created 3 table, each under a subform. The subform and and the table I set them to the same name.

 

When I tried to bind the table, there is no issue with Table 1. When I tried to bind to Table 2 and 3 the value does not appear.

 

The reason is all the 3 tables (part highlighted in yellow) get the data binding value from $.ServiceRequest.Item[*].ItemNetPrice.Amount or ItemNetPrice.Amount depending on the table binding.

 

When the Table 1 is bind, and the 2nd table is not, the value appears but it is incorrect order. Additionally, the 3rd table will also be getting similar value as table 2. May I know if there is an additional way to do this? Or is my approach is incorrect? If so, how could I solve this?

Adobeform : can we calculate the coordinate (y axis) of a flowed form using Javascript?

I want to calculate the coordinate (y-axis and the height) of a flowed subform using JavaScript in Adobeform.

Is there any possibilities to get the coordinate of a flowed ?

How to remove PDF Security of PDF generated with ADS

Hi gurus,

 

We are facing and strange issue. We have a production system that come across of a company split, so we have a lot of things configured that we don't know what this configuration was made.

 

So, when we are generating a print preview of an invoice through VF02 tcode, the PDF apears but when we try to print that PDF or save to local disk and print we can't, as the security options of the PDF denies printing. The document has also a password enabled.

 

The system is ECC 6.0 EHP 7 with ADS 11.0 any clue how to remove that password or re-enable the print button?

Adding columns to table

Hi,

 

I have a added a table with 6 columns in a adobe form (transaction SFP - layout ) and have done all the data binding, formatting. Now i need to add a new column to this table. But i am not able to add a new column, the table properites ( rows, columns ) in object palette is also disabled. Table has a header row and body row with 6 cells for each field.

How can i add a new column now without disturbing the existing columns ?

Adobeform + Javascript : Changing the value of a table field at run time based on some conditions

Hello,

 

I want to dynamically change the value of a field at run time.

 

Lets say I have 5 columns in my table and when reaching the last page in adobeform, I want to change the value of my 1st column using JavaScript.

 

Can you please suggest some possible solutions?

Open URL from a PDF form in new window.

Hello All,

 

 

We have a application which has an option to preview a PDF in new window. This requirement works fine. Inside the PDF we have a few links to external system. If the user clicks these links while the PDF popup is still open then the new link opens in the already open pop up and not a new window.

 

On the inside we are using the following. But it still opens in the same pop up window. Any setting we can do for it ?

ADOBE FORM: Start new page at subform

Hello,

 

in the interface of my adobe form i have a table.

I created a subform with binding to the table row.

 

This works so far.

But i want now that for each table row (= subform) a new page is started at the PDF.

How could this be realised?

Adobe Form with Dynamic Footer

The requirement was to create an Adobe form with Header, Items and Footer. The header was supposed to be printed on every page in case there were more than 1 page. The footer was however required only on the last page and that too at the bottom of the page. I had created 1 Master Page where I had put my Header and another Master page for printing terms and conditions. The Footer and Items were created in the design view. I have taken help of the steps mentioned in the below link to create the same:

However, in my case, I need to print borders as well. The problem that I am facing now is that when the document is more than 1 page and the items are flowing to the second page, there's a gap between the footer and the items window. Kindly suggest what needs to be done to get of the space.

Field values are blank in PO form after changes are made

Hello,

 

I have created a Purchase Order form in SFP (Form Builder) using the MEDRUCK_PDF interface.  After I create a purchase order in ME21N and click Print Preview, most of the fields populate. I have Item number, Material number, and Order Qty to name a few. Two new fields I have added, Order Number, KOMK-AUFNR, and Material Group, EKPO-MATKL, don't populate even at creation.

If I go back and make changes to the form in ME22N, when I click Print Preview, several of the fields that originally had values are now blank in the preview and also when the form is printed.

Is there a setting in SFP that needs to be set so the data will be retained after changes are made?

Repeat subform for each data item - Issue

Hi all,

 

I am facing this issue while i am attempting to repeat the subform for each data item (available in my internal table). Ths subform is repeated for every record of my internal table. But the issue is after the subform is printed for all data items available, additional subform is printed with out any data (only with the design). I am not sure why this is happening and how to solve this issue.

 

1. I have created a Body Page.

2. I have created a Subform under this Body Page - MAIN Subform.

3. Under this MAIN Subform, i have 5 subforms. These 5 subforms are 5 different sections of my output.

4. I have binded the MAIN subform with my NESTED Internal table. (The internal table contains strucutres, and tables in it).

5. I have selected the option "Repeat subform for each data item" and Min count as 1 (I have tried with Min Count = 0 also).

6. The output is displayed for all 5 sections and is repeated for as many number of records available in my internal table.

7. After printing the records, the additional subform is printed only with design and no data.

    For e.g., i have 2 records in my internal table. The subform is printed twice with appropriate data in it. After 2nd print, the        subform is printed 3rd time with out any data, only with the design elements.

Note: The property of all the subforms are Flowed, Top to Bottom.

 

Hope i have explaind the issue clearly.

Any suggestion that may throw some light on this issue is highly appreciated.

Change subform positioned to flowed

Hi Friends,

 

There is an existing form. all the subforms pagination are disable so I have changed the main subform form positioned to flowed but alignment also changed. How to Change the subform form positioned to flowed with out changing the alignment.

Hi Experts,

 

i have a problem with ADS and PDF files in my NW04s on Windows/oracle.

 

1. become the following error when calling a note with ts SNOTE.

"ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Problem accessing d(200101)"

 

2. Cant generate PDF files when i want print a query from one of portal tools.

Error message : Cannot create pdf "

 

I hope you can help me.

ABAP Offline Infrastructure vs. Rich Text

Dear all,

 

currently, I am developing around with a customer in an Offline Scenario for Adobe Forms.

 

We want to send out forms and upload the adjusted forms afterwards.

 

When we try to upload a form with a rich text text field, the offline infrastructure is running into a short dump.

 

How to reproduce?

Create a form with only one text field, bound to a variable in context, e.g. "IV_STRING" typ String.

 

Download a form with a simple call, SCMS* - and GUI_DOWNLOAD, edit the form, upload the form with SCMS_, GUI_UPLOAD.

 

The XML is working fine, but as soon as I hand over the XML to the offline infrastructure (Inbound) a dump is created if there is any content in the variable (Rich Text!).

 

Is this a known limitation? Or is it a mistake by myself, e.g. by choosing the wrong datatype?
